Rainey. Rev. E.M. Palmer read the impressive ring ceremony to the bride and bridegroom unattended. The attractive bride wore a navy crepe dress with stiff white lapels which was tucked around the midriff to form a pleated skirt. Her grape wine toque hat was trimmed in the back with bows of matching grosgrain ribbon and she wore blue accessories. Her flowers were a corsage of roses showered with lilies of the valley. Mrs. Ridenhour is the second daughter of Mrs. J.C. Rainey and the late Dr. John A. Lowry. She was graduated from Ellaville high school and Americus Business College. For the past four months she has worked in the office of the Public Welfare Department. Mr. Ridenhour is the youngest son of J.L. Ridenhour and the late Cornelia Ridenhour of Lilesville, N.C. He was graduated from Lilesville high school and Columbus business school. After a short trip the couple will reside in Talbotton where Mr. Ridenhour is manager of the Alexander Lumber Company.
