The Schley County News  Thursday, July 4, 1889
Miss Maggie Gilbert, of this place, was married last Thursday evening to Mr. 
Dixon, of Dooly County.  The marriage took place at the residence of Rev. W.W. 
Tidwell, the home of the bride, Mr. Tidwell officiating.  No cards.



Additional Comments:
This marriage was not recorded in Schley county even though this would indicate 
it took place there.  Perhaps the marriage license was obtained in Dooly Co. 
and returned and recorded there.
