Munro – Wilson Wedding

Of cordial interest to their many friends is the announcement of the marriage of
Dr. Thomas Wilson, formerly of Butler, and Miss Addie Munro, of Ellaville, an
account of which is reproduced from the Schley County News and is as follows:

Mrs. Addie Smith Munro announces the marriage of her daughter, Addie, to Dr.
T.W. Wilson Sunday evening at 8:00 the impressive ceremony being performed by
Rev. I.E. McKeller, of Wesleyan College, Macon, in the presence of only a few
close relatives.

The bride was handsomely gowned in a midnight blue coat suit trimmed in gray
fur, with accessories to match.  Her hat was a becoming model of silver cloth.

Mrs. Wilson is the third daughter of Mrs. Addie S. Munro.  She is a very lovable
young lady and one whose magnetic personality and striking charms have won for
her a large number of friends in Ellaville as well as elsewhere.  She is a
graduate in both music and literary department of Cox College, is a teacher in
the Methodist Sunday School and is in every way interested in the church and
social affairs of our city.

Dr. Wilson is a member of the firm of Bridges & Wilson.  He is one of our most
popular young men, and by his courteousness and gentlemanly demeanor has
established for himself a splendid reputation in Ellaville and elsewhere.

Herald:  The date of this paper is not known.  However it should be an issue
between December 4 and December 26, 1923.

This estimation is made from dates on legal ads on the first page and from the
date of a visitation of a doctor to Butler on the second page.
