Woods – Doster Marriage at Ellaville

From our special correspondent:

Ellaville, Ga., Feb. 5 – 

Miss Luella Woods, of this place and Mr. Clark Doster, of Rochelle, Ga., were 
united in marriage at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.F. Woods, 
at 10 o’clock Wednesday morning, Rev. Hugh F. Oliver officiating.

Only a few friends and the immediate families of the bride and groom were 
present.  The home was beautifully decorated.  In one corner of the room an 
altar was made of palms and ferns, in front of which the bridal couple stood.

First entering was little Miss Jewel Bridges, who in a most gracious manner 
untied the ribbon encircling the altar; then came the bride and groom, attended 
by Miss McAfee, of Americus, and Dr. McAlester, of Rochelle, the wedding march 
being played by Miss Beckham.  The bride wore a becoming traveling suit of blue 
cloth.

After the ceremony, Mr. and Mrs. Doster left for their home at Rochelle.
