I, J. T. Collins (here handwritten is inserted Terrell Co., Ga.) being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all others heretofore made by me. Item, One. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife for and during her life all my property both real and personal. She is to have the rents, issues, and income of every kind and description to be her own. If it should be necessary to sell any property to maintain her then my Executer shall sell such property as he thinks best and give to her as it is my will that she shall not want for any thing while she lives. Item, Two. At the death of my beloved wife it is my will that all the property remaining shall be reduced to cash by my executer and the proceeds divided share and share alike between my children as follows. John G. Thomas A. Mollie R. Murray, Julia Dupriest, W. H., Joannahs Stewart 's share to go to the children of her living at the time of my death; S. C., and E. E. Collins. Item, Three. I hereby appoint E. E. Collins as guardian and next friend to serve for and to hold for my daughter Mollie R. Murray and he shall pay over to her as in his judgement her needs may require her share of my property. He shall not be required to give any bond and shall hold said share for the sole use and need of said Mollie R. Murray. No appraisment of my estate shall be necessary and the sale of my property shall be at public outcry and to the highest bidder, said sale to take place after the death of my beloved wife as aforementioned. Item, Four. I hereby appoint my son E. E. Collins executer of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal. This June 9th 1913 J. T. In 1903 he moved to Bronwood in Terrell County and his will was actually probated there. However, He lived thirty years in Schley County and his funeral was from the Methodist Church in Schley County and he is buried in the Ellaville cemetery.
