I, Isaac Hart of the state and county aforementioned being in feeble health but sound and disposing mind and memory do make, publish and declare this instruments to be my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time made. First I commit my mortal body to its mother dust, my immortal Spirit I commend to God who gave it trusting alone in the saving mercy of Jesus Christ to Eternal Life. 2nd it is my will and desire that my oldest set of children to wit: Penelope Higgins, Aaron T. Hart, Marion Hart, Samuel G. Hart, Sarah A. Peebles, Isaac N. Hart, Daniel F. Hart, Netty Taylor have each five dollars apiece as I love them as well as I love my young children, but feel that they have been educated and had more than I am able to give my present wife and four young children. 3. It is my will that my daughter, Emily Wallack one hundred and fifty dollars to .... for paying for the land she now lives on. 4 . It is my will and desire that the rest of my estate be divided into five parts equally between my wife and the four children: to wit: William T. Hart, Mary A. Hart, Barnabus C. Hart, John O. Hart. should any of my four children die before coming to the age of twenty one, then that part to be divided between the living children. It is my desire that that part to I give to my beloved wife, Martha M. Hart to be hers during her life at , at her death to return to the four children above named such as are living. Edwards named as witness to the within writing purporting to be Isaac Hart's last will and being duly sworn say that at the request of Isaac Hart and in his presence they did attest as witnesses the within writing as his Isaac Hart last will then the same was signed and published by Isaac Hart in their presence as his last will that he was at the time of said attestation and signing himself being of sound mind and disposing mind and ... by.....executed the same voluntatily. Sibscribed and sworn to me the 3rd day of April 1882 C.G. Jones, Ordinary S.C. At Chambers. November 15th 1882 By reason of birth of a Posthumous child this day of the foregoing Will is revoked by Section 2477 of the Code of 1873. NOTES: "Bill & Dorothy Garrison" Rev. Isaac Hart, Jr. From information from Tom Hart of Eastland County, Tx. and Dora Hart Reese of Warrenton, Ga. the following information was given to me. Isaac Hart, Jr. was a Baptist Minister at the Little Briar Creek Church in Warren county, Georgia where he was ordained in 1842. He moved to Schley County, Ga. and later was referred to as Isaac, Sr. He was a farmer and operated a sawamill. Had about 5 children by his second wife.He died about 1882. His last child was born about 3 months later. His first wife was Mary (Polly) Adkins children: 1. Dr. Aaron T. Hart 2.Dr. Samuel G. Hart 3. Isaac N. Hart 4. Emily Hart 5. Mary Ann or Marion Hart 6.Sarah Ann Hart 7. Victoria Hart 8. Nettie Virginia Hart 9. Daniel Franklin Hart children by Martha M. 1.William Fletcher Hart 2.John Hart 3. Mary Alice Hart 4. Charles Barnabus Hart 5.Edgar Isaac Hart Rev. Isaac Hart also preached at Ebenezer Baptist Church 1847 and for many years until his death in 1882.
