Item 1: - I wish my executor as soon after my death as possible to pay all my debts. Item 2: - I give and bequeath to my grand daughters Essie Wilson, and Lucy Fickling, nee Wilson and my Grand Son, Robert Wilson each the sum of Five Dollars to be paid them by my executor hereinafter named. The balance of my estate I wish to be equally divided between my sons A.J. Hill and Arthur Hill and I give and bequeath to them said remainder. I do hereby appoint my son Arthur Hill Executor of this my last will and testament. In testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal this the 20th day of July 1906 Catherine Hill {L.S.} Signed and published by Mrs. Catherine Hill as her last will and testament in the presence of the undersigned who subscribe our names hereto as witnesses of the instance and request of said testator, and in her presence and in the presence of each other and she subscribing her name to the same in our presence. This the 20th day of July 1906. J.F. Woods T.J. Matt Jr. Chas R. Mcray (?) (Catherine Hill was Nancy Catherine Murray who married Elbert Hill January 6, 1859 in Schley County Georgia. Elbert was the 5th child of Archibald & Martha Hill of Taylor County Georgia. Catherine & Elbert had 6 children, 4 of which preceded them to the grave. Their daughter Mary Julia married William Benjamin Wilson, and they had the three grand children named in the will. Mary Julia died in 1886. Catherine & Elbert are buried in the Ellaville City Cemetery.
