ITEM 1. It is my will and desire that my body be buried in my lot in the cemetery of Ellaville, Ga., and that Executor hereinafter named shall mark my grave with a suitable tombstone. ITEM 2. I direct my Executor to pay all my honest debts as soon as practical after my death. ITEM 3. I will, bequeath, devise to my nieces, Mrs. Essie Wilson Strange and Mrs. Lucy Wilson Fickling, all of my personal property except my household furniture, which I will and bequeath Mrs. Lucy Wilson Fickling, of whatever kind and nature wherever situated, share and share alike, equally. I will and bequest to my niece, Mrs. Lucy Wilson Fickling my house and lot in the city of Ellaville where I now live, also the ten acre pecan(?) grove adjoining to said house and lot on the south side of said house and lot. I will and bequeath to my nieces, Mrs. Lucy Wilson Fickling and Mrs. Essie Wilson Strange, a one half undivided interest each in and to my farm, the Williams farm in the 29th land district of Schley county, Georgia, lying east of the Americus and Ellaville road, "Highway No. 3," said farm consisting of approximately 424 acres, more or less, 15 acres off lot 165, 78 acres off lot 136, 102 acres off Lot No. 137, 101 acres off Lot No. 164, 128 acres off Lot No. 162, which is all of the Williams place, I am now seized of, and all other property that I may be seized of (realty) at the time of my death, share and share alike. ITEM 4. I hereby appoint my nephew W.A. Fickling as Executor to this my last will and testament. This April 27th 1933. He was born March 19, 1860 in Taylor Co., Ga. and married Mary Ella Woodall in August 30, 1925. She had been previously married to Samuel A. Patton. He had no children. He died July 17, 1939 in Schley Co., and is buried in the Ellaville cemetery.)
