MORRISON WILL – (Father of Edgar H. Morrison) Georgia Schley County 1913 I E.S. Morrison, of Said State and County being of Sound and disposing mind and memory, do make trhis my last will and testament, hereby revoking and annulling all others, by me heretofore made. First: I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christian like manner, suitable to my circumstances and condition in life. Second: I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without unnecessary delay, by my executor hereinafter named and appointed. Third: I give to my grandchildren Henry Payne, Deloca Payne, and Mrs. Minnie (Payne) Murphy Five Dollars each. Fourth: I give to my children, E.H. Morrison and Mrs. Dola Tondee, all my household and kitchen furniture, same to be divided as near equally between them as possible; they, the said E.H. Morrison and Mrs. Dola Tondee, to make the Division. Fifth: I give bequeath and devise to my son, E.H. Morrison, the south half of lot of land, no. 29, in 80th district of Schley County, Georgia, said land having on it the Morrison old home, and other improvements. Sixth: I give bequeath and devise to my daughter, Mrs. Dola Tondee, the north half of lot of land, no. 36, and Fifty acres, more or less, in the north-west corner of lot of land no. 85, all in 30th District of Schley County, Georgia. Seventh: I give to my son E.H. Morrison, all my personal property of whatever nature, not heretofore devised away. Eighth: I constitute and appoint my son, E.H. Morrison, the sole executor of this my last will and testament, excusing him from giving any bond, but requiring him to make a final return of his executorship to the ordinary. Morrison as his last Will and testament, in the presence of us, the undersigned, who subscribed our names hereto in the presence of said testatrix, after she had signed her name thereto, and at her special instance and request, and in the presence of each other.
