I, Mrs. T.J. Mott, Jr., being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all others heretofore made. ITEM 1. It is my will that my body be buried in descent and Christian like manner. ITEM 2. It is my will that all my just debts be paid as soon as practical after my death. ITEM 3. I will and bequeath to my daughter Myrtle MOTT my farm known as the Kleckley place near Lowe, Ga. for and during her natural life, and that one-third of the net proceeds from said farm from year to year be set aside for the education of my grandson, Thayer CAUSEY, son of my deceased daughter, Delia MOTT CAUSEY, if he will take an education, but if not to be paid to him at the age of 21 years, then to cease; I also will and bequeath to my son D.C. MOTT, the farm known as the Harry LINDSAY farm east of Ellaville, Schley County, Georgia, for and during his natural life, one-third of the net proceeds from year to year for the education of said above named grandson for his education, or at his majority, 21 years of age, and to cease then. Also that my son and daughter as above named be empowered or authorized to make the expenditures necessary in said grandson's education, etc. or to pay over to him whatever amount that may accumulate up to the time he is 21 years of age, they not to pay any interest on said amounts, At the death of said above named son and daughter said land to revert back to my estate, and to be divided equally amoung my grandchildren, share and share alike. ITEM 4. I hereby constitute my son and daughter, D.C. MOTT and Myrtle MOTT the executors to this will, relieving them of giving any bond, or making any inventory or making any return to any court whatever; all that is required of them is that they have this will probated. They are further relieved of having any appraisment. This 30th day of May 1931. Mrs. T.J. Mott, Jr. (Seal) Declared, published, signed and sealed by Mrs. T.J. MOTT, Jr. as her last will and testament, in the presence of the undersigned as witnesses, she first signing in our presence and we then, at her special instance and request, signing in her presence and in the presence of each other.
