I, Willie Adelle MOTT, resident of County of Schley, State of Georgia, do make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all other Wills by me at any time heretofore made. ITEM 1: It is my desire that my just debts be paid. ITEM 2: I give, devise and bequeath unto my sister, Sara MOTT MOORE, the following: My share in the Willie FULFORD MOTT estate, all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate. ITEM 3. In the event that my sister, Sara MOTT MOORE, does not survive me, I give, devise and bequeath my share in the Willie FULFORD MOTT estate, all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate as follows: A. To Patrice MOORE MOTT, one half of estate. B. To George A. MOORE, Jr., one half of estate. LASTLY: I nominate and appoint Sara MOTT MOORE Executrix of the my Last Will and Testament, and if for any reason she cannot serve, then I appoint George A. MOORE, Jr. to serve under the same terms and conditions. (a) I hereby relieve either of them from giving bond, filing inventory, appraisal or returns to any court. (b) And with the further power as such to sell or mortgage any portion or all of my estate at public or private sale without the order of any Court or Judge, and to hold, use or reinvest the proceeds upon the same uses and trusts as hereinbefore specified.
