I, Mrs. Willie MOTT, of said County, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, I do make this my last will and testament, revoking any and all other wills that I may have made heretofore. ITEM 1. I desire that my body be buried in the usual manner. ITEM 2. I desire that all of my just debts be paid as soon as practicable. ITEM 3. I will, bequeath, and devise all of my property, both real and personal, of whatever kind and wherever situated, equally, share and share alike, in fee simple forever to my four children, namely: Willie Dell MOTT; Mrs. Ollie Kate M. CHAPMAN; Mrs. Edith M. GUY; and Mrs. Sara M. MOORE. ITEM 4. I hereby name the said Mrs. Edith M. GUY as executrix of this will, and I relieve her from giving any bond, or making any inventory or appraisement of my propery, or from making any returns of her acts and doings to any court whatever; if it should be necessary she may sell any and all of my property at public sale, or at private sale without any notice, or order from any court, or advertisement in any newspaper, whichever seems better to her for the estate; she is required only to probate this will and then to execute it in accordance with its provisions and the law.
