MOTT's WILL, Schley County, Georgia, Will Book C. I, D.C. MOTT, a resident of the County and State aforesaid, and in the City of Ellaville, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, declare and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking all other wills by me heretofore made. ITEM I. I give, bequeath and devise to my beloved wife, Mrs. Mildred MOTT (Mildred Katherine McGARRAH)should she survive me, all of my property, real and personal, wherever situated, to be hers absolutely. ITEM II. If my wife should not survive me, I give, bequeath and devise all of my said property, to my beloved daughters, namely: Mrs. Clara M. SMITH and Mrs. Marian K. WALTERS, if living, in fee simple, share and share alike. ITEM III. If both my wife Mildred and my daughter, Clara, predeceases me, then Clara's child or children, shall receive one-half of my estate. ITEM IV. If both my wife Mildred and my daughter, Marian, predeceases me, then Marian's children, shall receive one- half of my estate. ITEM V. My Executrix herein named shall have power and authority to sell at public or private sale, any or all of my property, real or personal which she deems proper and advisable, and on such terms and conditions as she deem best. ITEM VI. I constitute and appoint my daughter, Marian as Executrix of this Will. ITEM VII. I relieve my said Executrix from giving bond, making an inventory or appraisal of my estate, and from making returns of her acts and doings to any Court, and in the execution of any sale had by her she is authorized and empowered to execute any instrument or instruments necessary to consummate the same.
