Additional Comments: This document was found in a store room in the Schley County courthouse in Ellaville. It reads as though it is a court document, but it is in fact typed on printed forms of The Federal Land Bank. It references court minutes and their location. Does anyone know what the Federal Land Bank's involvement might have been? My presumption is that they be a lending institution but I am ignorant in that regard. The heirs listed are Arthur (son), A.J. (son), Catherine (wife), Lucy Fickling (granddaughter), Essie Strange (granddaughter), Robert Wilson (grandson).
