PEACOCK My Last Will and Testament - June 30, 1959 I, Julia M. Peacock, being of sound mind, I wish my nephew, Harry Collins to have charge of the small amount of money I may have when I pass away. This includes my bank account in the Bank of Ellaville, also ten shares of Cities Service common stock. I also have some postal savings in Post Office. I wish my mothers and fathers grave to have a small name plate in case there is enough money left after paying expenses. If there is anything in my personal belongings that Marie Collins would care for I want her to have them. As to my two sisters Grace Cheney and Aldine McGowan after expenses are paid I give them fifty dollars each. As to my brother Darsey Peacock he has one hundred dollars he may keep as his part. The writing desk belongs to my nephew Harry Collins together with several chairs that already belong to him, together with certain blankets and quilts belonging to Harry Collins. My trunk I give to Clair Collins Whitaker with contents therein. Julia M. Peacock June 30, 1959 Witness as to signatures E.S. Williams Marie Purvis N.P. Ga. Marie Collins is the wife of Louis Collins my fathers youngest brother, and Clair Collins Whitaker was the adopted daughter of Harry Collins. Julia Peacock died 15 Apr 1963 in Sumter Co.
