Womack of said State and County being of advanced age, and knowing that I must shortly depart from this world, deem it right and proper both as respects myself and family, that I should make a disposition of the property with which a kid providence has blessed me, I therefore make this my last Will and testament. I desire and direct, that the lot of land, on which I live, known as lot 153 in the 30th District of originally Lee, but now Schley County, be kept together with the stock of all kinds, mules, cattle and hogs, with all the farming tools, wagon and buggy, for the size of my family. So long as my wife, Sarah A. Womack shall remain a widow, or Hansil Eugene Womack is a minor. When he becomes of age, then I desire and direct, that he shall have allotted to him fifty acres of land in the northwest corner of the above described lot of land. I desire then, that the balance of said lot of land, be kept together with the stock and farming implements, as before ordered, until Fredrick becomes of age. Then I desire, that fifty acres be allotted to him in the Southwest corner of said lot of land, to be placed under the oontrol of James S. Womack, as Trustee for the use and benefit of the said Fredrik Womack. then I desire and direct that the balance of said lot of land, it being the east half of said lot be kept together for the benefit of my wife Sarah A. Womack. Now in the event that my wife should marry or be deceased, I desire that my Executor who will be named further on, shall take charge and proceed to _____ up that much of the will by selling said land, and distributing the proceeds proratio to all my lawful heirs. I desire and direct that my Daughter, Mary Ella Williamson, wife of Edgar Williamson shall immediately after my death, receive either in land or of the said half of lot 153 in the 30th Distict of Schley County that shall be valued at Two Hundred and fifty dollars or that amount of money to be raised from the sale of said hundred acres of land. I hereby ordain and appoint my son James S. Womack, my Executor, with full power to execute and carry out this my last Will and Testament as I might or could if I could be present. Now I further desire and direct that my Executor James S. Womack, immediately after my death proceed to dispose of all the surplus property that I have not named either at public or private sale for what it will bring, to wit; one syrup kettle, one cotton gen, thank and farmall cotton planter, grain cradle & c. Now be it known to all persons, that I, Wm. G. Womack, have given to all my oldest children that come to me by my wife Carolin J. womack a certain part or parcel of land which lands or parcel of lands is well known to each and every one of them which I deem unnecessary further to explain. Now those children, that come to me by my present wife, Sarah A. Womack, I have allotted them land to make them receive equal in value or as near as may be with the rest. Now I further direct that my Executor Jas. S. Womack shall use his discretion, should he think it advisable to sell the yellow mule, Minnie, and replace her, with one at less cash; I wish my Daughter, Carry Ward Womack to be allowed to remain here as her home until the household is dissolved by death or marriage. Womack, as his last Will and testament in the presence of the subscribing, who subscribe and name in the presence of said Testator as his witnesses and request and of each other by signing in our presence and we signing in his presence.
