William S. Moore Signed in the presence of: Wm. H. Wade, J.P. recorded this 9th day of March 1832, Seaborn Goodall CCOSC Received January 12th 1832 of Hezekiah Evans Adm. of the Estate of Reuel Evans deceased six hundred & five dollars & sixteen cents cash and what I received in my fathers lifetime & a boy called Nelson valued at four hundred & fifty dollars and also, forty dollars & eighty six cents cash at the division of said estate as part of my share of said estate. Recorded this 9th day of March 1832, Seaborn Goodall, CCOSC Received of Hezekiah Evans Adm. of the Estate of Reuel Evans, deceased, my account of what I received in my fathers lifetime to amount of two hundred and fifty dollars, also, three hundred & forty six dollars & two cents, in notes and a tract of land valued at five hundred dollars being part of my share of said estate. Recorded this 9th day of March 1832, Seaborn Goodall, CCOSC Received January 12th 1832 of Hezekiah Evans adm. of the Estate of Reuel Evans, deceased, Two hundred & sixty seven dollars & seventy 3/4 cents. My account and a girl Sealy at $350 and Maria at $300 and one hundred and seventy eight dollars & thirty one 1/4 cents cash at the division as part of my share of said estate. Recorded this 9th day of March 1832, Seaborn Goodall, CCOSC Received of Reuel Evans Sr., one negro girl by the name of Rachel valued at $350.00, one horse & saddle, one hundred & twenty dollars, one bed & bedding, twenty five dollars, two cows & calves, twenty two dollars, half dozen chairs, $6.00, making the whole amount $523 being so much of our part of the said Reuel Evans senior estate. December 28th 1826. William B. McCall Mary McCall Reuel Evans Charles Evans Georgia Screven County: Personally came Reuel Evans one of the subscribing witnesses to the within receipt who being duly sworn says that he saw the within named Wm. B. McCall & Mary McCall sign, seal and deliver the said receipt for the purpose therein mentioned and deponent further says he is a subscribing witness saw Charles Evans subscribe his name as a witness to same. Sworn to and subscribed before me Dec. 31st 1832. Reuel Evans William H. Wade, J. P. Recorded this 10th day of January 1833. Seaborn Goodall, C.C.O.S.C. Book A, page 330. "Returns on Estates" Received Dec. 31st 1832 from Hezekiah Evans, Adm. of Estate of Reuel Evans deceased the sum of one thousand and ninety six dollars, being the amount due as one of the heirs of said Est. & I do hereaby discharge him of all demands I have against him as adm. aforesaid. James Moore, by his agent & attorney (in fact. Charles Evans) Signed in presence of Wm.H. Wade, J.P. Received Dec. 31st 1832 from Hezekiah Evans adm. of the Estate of Reuel Evans, deceased the sum of $1096 being the amount due me as one of the heirs of said estate & I do hereby discharge him of all demands I have against him. January 29, 1833, Received of Hezekiah Evans, Screven County, Georgia, administrator of the Estate of Reuel Evans Sr., deceased of said county and state the sum of one thousand & ninety six dollars, being the amount in full due me as one of the heirs of said estate. $523 of which I received before the death of said Reuel Evans. Wm. B. McCall In presence of A. C. Lester Clk, G.C.C. Recorded May 1833, Seaborn Goodall, C.C.O.S.C. Additional Comments: The above receipt indicates that Mary Evans McCall and her husband William B. McCall had moved from this area and were living in Gadsden County, Territory of Florida at the time of the death of Reuel Evans."
