Between Henry Crosby of the one part, and Willis Young of the other part, both parties of the county and State aforesaid: Witnesseth: that the said Henry Crosby for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Dollars, to him in hand paid by the said Willis Young, or before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, Hath granted, bargained and sold unto the said Willis Young, his heirs and assigns; All that tract, lot or parcel of land, Two Hundred and Fifty acres, lying and being in the County of Early and State aforesaid. Known and distinguished by the Lot number Sixty-Seven in the Twentieth District of Early County, drawing such stakes and marks as plat of the same doth represent, Together with all and singular the rights, members and appurtenances then unto belonging or in any way appertaining to the use unto the said Willis Young, his heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, unto their any proper use, benefit and belief and against my self, my heirs, executors, (the rest unreadable, too faint.)
