rectangular with the Rocky Branch going from left to right across most of the
top of the rectangle) lower left corner has small triangular extension and lower
right corner has large triangular extension).

John Brown and on all other sides by vacant land
and lying on the Rocky Branch the waters of the Beaver Dam
