resides in this State a tract of One hundred & seventy-six acres of pine Land 
bounded North East by Jno Mills & Jas Oglebys Lands, Nth Wstly by Willm 
Bonnells land, Sth Wtly by Arthur Smiths Land & Sth Eastly by James Oglesby's 
land, it being part of warrant for Two hundred acres dated as above --
