Indenture between Luke Planer and James Mizell 09 Oct 1794

This indenture made this ninth day of October in the year 
of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety four by 
and between Luke Mizell Planer of the State of Georgia and
County of Screven of the one part and James Mizell planter 
of the aforesaid State and county of the other part. Witnesseth
that the said Luke Mizell for and in consideration of the sum 
of thiry  pounds Sterling to him in hand paid the recepit whereof
he doth hereby acknowledge hath hereby granted bargained and sold
and  doth by these presents grant bargain and sell unto James Mizell  
two certain tracts or parcels of land containing on the whole one 
hundred and fifty acres be the same more or less lying and being and 
bounding at aforesaid one tract containing one hundred acares mor or 
less being in the South side of grat Ogechee boun on the East by 
Abraham Laine and all other sides when surveyed by vacant land
also one tract containing fifty acres more or less adjoining the
aforesaid Tract on the East and all other sides when surveyed by 
vacant lands the whol two Tracts or pracels of land containing in 
the whole one hundred and fifty acres more or less with all
         edifices or orchards water way and all other como      herewit
and appertuances whatsoever to the same belonging to have and to 
hold the granted land and premises and every part thereof whith 
these and every of there appertuancnes uinto the same belonging unto
the samd James Mizell his sheeirs and assigns forever to the only use 
and behoof of him the James Mizell his heirs and forever and the said
Luke Mizell doth warrant and forever defend the within granted Lands 
and promises from him the said Luke Mizell this herein assigned.  
Executed and adminstrations forever and from all other person whatever 
unto the use of said James Mizell his heir and assigns forever. 
In witnesseth whereof he had hereunto set his hand and fixed his seal
tye day and year above written.

Personally appeared before me this 9th day of October 1794
Allan Dickson and Robt Dickson and being duly sworn saith that they saw
Luke Mizell sign the within deed and heard him acknowledge the said deed
to James Mizell sworn to before me this 9th day of October 1794.
