And I do further bequeath to her, One hundred and fifty Dollars in Cash, and one gold watch and chain to be bought for her, or One hundred Dollars in lieu, thereof, as she may choose. I do hereby confirm unto my son, James O. Morton the following property heretofore given to him, to-wit: Four negroes named respectively: Hard, Henry, Eliza and Patience. Also Five hundred Dollars in cash, Two horses, worth One hundred dollars, and a gold watch and chain worth One hundred dollars. And I do further bequeath to him, Five hundred dollars in cash. I do hereby confirm unto my son Simeon L. Morton the following property, heretofore given to him, to-wit: three negroes named respectively Joe, Cesar, and Marge. Also Six hundred dollars in cash, One horse worth One hundred dollars, and one gold watch and chain worth One hundred dollars. And I do further bequeath to him One thousand acres of land to be surveyed off from the tract upon which he now lives. I do hereby confirm unto my daughter Anna C. Robertson, the following property, heretofore given to her, to-wit: One negro, named Louisa, also Eight hundred dollars in cash and one gold watch and chain worth One hundred dollars. And I do further bequeath to her, the following named negroes, to- wit: Harriet, Prince, and January. Also One horse worth One hundred dollars, or the like amount in cash, as she may choose. Also Two hundred dollars in cash. I do hereby confirm unto my daughter, Victoria A. Morton the following named property heretofore given to her, to-wit: One piano forte worth Two hundred and Seventy five dollars, and one gold watch and chain worth One hundred dollars. And I do further bequeath to her the following named negroes, to-wit: Rose, Raymond, Seilla and Joe. also Seven hundred and twenty five dollars in cash, and one horse worth one hundred dollars, or the like sum in cash as she may choose. I do hereby bequeath to my daughter Leila M. Morton the following property to-wit: Four negroes named, respectively, Hetty, Clara, William and Phil. also One thousand dollars in cash, a gold watch and chain worth One hundred dollars, to be bought for her, and one horse worth One hundred dollars or the like amount in cash as she may choose. And I do hereby direct and desire my Executrix (hereinafter to be named) to replace with any other negroes which she shall think most proper, any negro or negroes above bequeathed to my daughters Victoria and Leila, who may die before my said daughters shall become of age. And I further direct and desire that the expenses incurred in educating properly, and liberally my said two daughters equally divided among all my children, my wife taking with them a childs part, if she married, and that part to revert to the children when she dies, all sharing alike. And if this should occur before my daughters aforementioned, Victoria and Leila or either of them shall become of age, they shall each take their share equally with their brothers and sisters, and they shall each select a guardian who shall take care of them and their ________or until they shall marry. Finally, I do hereby appoint my wife aforementioned, sole Executrix of this, my last will and testament, with full power to carry out its provisions, and the directions and desires herein expressed, while she lives and continues a widow, and with power to appoint, by deed or will some person or persons, not interested in this will, to make and carry unto effect the final distributions of property herebefore ddirected, when the time shall come for the said distribution.
