That I Hezekiah ANDERSON being low in body but of sound mind & having in view the mortality of my body do make & constitute this my last Will and Testament. I resign my soul to God who gave it & my body to the dust having confidence in God's word that it shall rise again in the morning of the resurrection. As to my debts I make no provision having none but what my wife will settle. I do give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Alley ANDERSON all my Estate both real & personal during her life or widowhood that she may be able to raise & educate my little children, and at her death or marriage my will is that my property what is then left should be equally divided amongst my children and I do hereby nominate my wife Alley ANDERSON, my son William ANDERSON & my trusty friend Moses N. MCCALL my Executors. In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand & seal this 10th day of Febr. 1826. Signed in the presence of Charles H. MCCALL, James P. THOMPSON, John L. DOWDY. Hezekiah ANDERSON his mark L.S. Georgia Scriven County. Personally appeared in open court of Charles H. MCCALL, James P. THOMPSON & John L. DOWDY who being duly sworn deponeth & saith that they were present and saw the within named Hezekiah ANDERSON, sign, seal & acknowledge the within instrument of writing to be his last Will & Testament and said deponents further saith that they subscribed their names in Witness thereto.
