Mr. Jim Loyless, a farmer living near Donalsonville, was killed by a through freight on Saturday night. It is believed that Mr. Lollis was drinking some. He was driving a two horse wagon. The train struck the body of the wagon and threw the horses off the track. Mr. Loyless was dragged some distance down the track on the pilot. He was a married man and had several children. The shocking accident created a great deal of excitement in the community and sympathy for his family. It is not known whether suit will be brought against the A. C. L.
