S. Harrell, of said County and State being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this may last will and testament. Item 1 I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christian -like manner suitable to my circumstances and conditions in life. That my burial apparel is now in my home known to my daughter, Mary Frances Hatton, and that the same be used for that purpose, and that I be buried in a casket not to exceed in cost of the sum of fifty dollars, and that I be laid to rest along by the side of my husband. Item 2 I further Desire and direct that all of my just be paid by my executor hereinafter named among which is the taxes due on my property, all the doctors bills and expenses incident to my burial, and a small drug bill, and such other, if any debts I may owe. Item 3 I further wish and hereby direct that a suitable and appropriate monument be place at my grave, not to exceed in cost the sum of one hundred and twenty five dollars. Item 4 I hereby devise, bequeath and give to Laura Harrell, wife of J. R. Harrell, my sewing machine and one bedstead and bedding to match. Item 5 I hereby devise, bequeath and give all of the balance of my property, both real and personal, of every kind and character that may be left after my debts have been discharged, to Mary Frances Hatton, and her heirs, the real estate of which includes and embraces lot of land number 176 in the 21st district of Seminole County, Georgia. Item 6 For the information of my executor, I now have on time deposit in the Bainbridge State Bank, the sum of two hundred dollars, I have at home in my trunk along with my deeds the sum of forty-eight dollars, - $ 20.00 of which is in gold. Joe Thursby owes me thirty dollars, and Ross Johnson the sum of twenty five dollars. Item 7 I hereby constitute and appoint my good friend, Dr. E. C. Bridges of said county and state, the Executor of this my last will and testament, and expressly confer upon him the power of administer my estate as heretofore set out without giving bonds or making returns to the ordinary or any other officer, and to carry out the provisions of this will without application to or order from any court.
