Legally titled: No. 3404 Oct Term 1930, Spalding Superior Court In Re: Trust Co. of Ga as Exr of Will of H. V. Kell, Dec'd -- Land Registration. Although I'm not a lawyer, I think this is merely a lawsuit to clear up various titles to tracts of land slowly acquired by the Southern Fruit Distributors, Inc. The total acreage involved is 1818, but at a quick glance I believe the largest single tract mentioned is 313.34 acres. These appear to have been in "the Africa District of Spaulding County, Georgia, and in the 3rd land district of originally Henry ..."
