SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Georgia in General Assembly met, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same. That from and after the passage of this act, no person or persons, except graduates of the Southern Botanico-Medical College, shall be allowed to practise physic or surgery on the Botanico or Thomsonian system of medicine, or any of the branches thereof, or in any case to prescribe for the cure of disease for fee or reward, unless he or they shall have been first licensed to do so in the manner hereinaftter prescribed. SECTIONS 2 – 14 . . . . . . . . . SECTION 15. And be it further enacted. That the following gentlemen shall constitute the Botanico-Medical Board of Georgia, as contemplated by this act, to wit: William Fisher, M.D.,James Buys, M.D., L.C. Quinn, M.D., John T.
