Ordinary's Court

The following business was transacted in Ordinary
E.W. Hammond's court yesterday:

James W. Starr was appointed guardian of Joseph Ten
Starr, Elijah Eleven Starr and Rachel R. Starr

Note: These were the children of John Henry Starr
and his second wife Eleanor A. Ogletree. John Henry
died in 1875 and Eleanor died in January of 1888.
