Empire State- Spalding county – Week of August 16, 1856
At a called communication of Meridian Sun Lodge, held at the lodge Room, 
Griffin, August 3rd, A. L. 1856, the following preamble and resolutions were 
passed:

Whereas, in the inscrutable, yet wise and just providence of god, it has 
pleased Him to call from our midst our well beloved brother, Wm. H. Nunnally to 
a higher sphere of worth……………

No genealogical information contained in body of Tribute

Resolved, that these resolutions be published in the city papers, and a copy of 
the same be forwarded to his family.
