Mr. Coleman Dies At Sunny Side

Mr. Walter Coleman, 58, died early Monday evening at his home in Sunny Side.

He was a retired employee of Dundee Mill No. 1, retiring a few months ago 
after suffereing a heart attack.

Mr. Coleman was a life long resident of Spalding County.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ruby Starr Coleman; one son, David H. Coleman 
of New Orleans, La.; one daughter, Mrs. Douglas McLean of Miami, Fla.; two 
sisters, Mrs. J. C. Goodson and Mrs. R. G. Smith, both of Griffin; five 
grandsons.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday afternoon at 4 o'clock at the 
Sunny Side Methodist Church.  The Rev. Joseph Wagner and the Rev. Brady 
Blalock will officiate.

Mr. Coleman's body will remain at Haisten Funeral Home.

Additional Comments:
Walter Coleman (b. December 8, 1905) was the son of Walter Flem Coleman and 
Mary Elizabeth Hammond Coleman, both of Spalding County.
