Graveside services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. in the old section of Oak Hill Cemetery. The Rev. Ed Sisson will officiate. Mrs. Smith was a native of Spalding County, daughter of the late W. P. Coleman and the late Elizabeth Hammond Coleman. She was the widow of Robert G. Smith. Mrs. Smith had lived in Griffin for 47 years and was a member of the County Line United Methodist Church in Birdie community. Surviviors include one daughter, Mrs. Ruth McEachern, Cordele; three sons, H. E. Smith, Perry, Robert A. Smith, and A. Wayne Smith, both of Griffin; 12 grand children; 14 great grandchildren. Friends may visit the family from 7-9 tonight at the funeral home. Haisten Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
