Local News Notes.

J. R. Marlow died at his home at 104 Hammock street, leaving his widow and ten 
children.  He was 83 years of age and had been ill about a week.  The body 
will carried to Carrollton Sunday morning for the funeral and interment, which 
will take place at 1 o'clock in the afternoon.
