Agnes Evans Dies At Home Of Parents In Manchester

Agnes, the seventeen-month-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.G. Evans, formerly 
of Griffin, died at the Evans home in Manchester at 6 o'clock Wednesday 
evening.  The remains were brought to Griffin Thursday morning and carried to 
Midway Methodist cemetery for interment, the obsequies being conducted by the 
Rev. Mr. Fowler, pastor of the Baptist church at Manchester, at 9:30 o'clock, 
Mr. Evans, who is well known in Griffin, is manager of the Metropolitan Life 
Insurance company at Manchester.
