E. W. Hammond of this city united Mr. J. J. Carson and Miss Eula Baker in marriage at Woodbury yesterday. It was a Sunday church wedding, but none the less impressive or joyous. Mr. Carson is the landlord at Concord and Miss Baker is one of Pike county's charming young ladies. A number of prominent people from a distance were present to witness the nuptials. Additional Comments: This was Mr. Carson's 2nd marriage. His 1st wife was Amanda F.
