The Pike County Journal. Zebulon, Pike County, Georgia

The following item taken from the Griffin News will be read with interest by 
the many friends of Miss Scottie Crowder in Zebulon where she taught school 
last year: "Miss Scottie Crowder and Mr. Othiar [?] Benton were married 
Wednesday afternoon at four o'clock at the home of the bride at Zetella, Rev. 
Walter Millican, of Griffin performing the ceremony in an impressive manner. 
The bride is the accomplished daughter of Mr. W.B. Crowder, of Zetella, and 
the groom is a most excellent man of Donaldsonville, Ga., where the happy 
couple will make their home, attended by the best wishes of scores of friends."
