Georgia                 }  To any Judge Justice of the Inferior Court Justice of the Peace or     
Spaulding County}  Minister of the Gospel you are herely 
authorized to Join John McCloud and Meifs Rebecca A. Cauthen in 
the Holy Estate of Matrimony according to the constitution and 
Laws of this State And for so doing this shall be your Sufficient 
License give under my hand the 18 day of June 1866
