The Griffin Daily News. Griffin Georgia, Thursday Morning, February 16, 1888

Mr. T.J. Moore, living one and a half miles form Griffin, was married yesterday 
to Miss Carrie Maddox, living three miles from town, Rev. C.W. Oliver 
officiating. The father of the bride is one of the largest planters in Spalding,

and the groom is one of the biggest men in the county.
