Will Book C Written: May 14, 1934 Recorded: April 16, 1936 Will of Dallie M. Blanton Georgia Spalding County I Dallie M. Blanton, of said tate and county being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make and declare this my last will and testament, expressly revoking any will heretofore made by me. Item One. I give and devise to my children Homer C. Blanton, Richard M. Blanton, Julia Blanton Carter, and Helen Blanton Cherry, one hundred twenty (120) acres of land in Line Creek District of Spalding County, Georgia, known as the Watley Fractions, share and share alike, said land bounded north by Enoch Hooten, east by lands of Hooten and J.A. Drewery Estate, south and west by Line Creek. Item Two. I give and devise to my children Charlie B. Blanton, Martha Blanton, and Sarah Alice Blanton one hundred (100) acres of land off the east side of land Lot No. 57 in Mt.Zion District of Spalding County Georgia, bounded as follows: North by John Crowder Estate: east by Henry Crowder Estate; south by Helen Blanton Cherry and west by lands of Martha Blanton. Said land known as my Home Place in Mt. Zion District. Said named children shall share and share alike. Item Three. It is my desire and whish that my sister, Mrs. Alice Manley Redwine, keep her room in my home and live with my children as long as she so desires. Item Four. I have already given to my children my personal effects, and no mention is made of same in this will. Item Five. I hereby name, constitute and appoint my daughter Martha Blanton as my executrix, and request that she be not required to give any bond, make any appraisement, or returns, to any court whatsoever in the execution of this my last will and testament. This May 14, 1934 Dallie Blanton Signed sealed, declared, and published by Dallie M. Blanton as her last will and testament, in the presence of the undersigned as witnesses thereto, being called individually and specially by Dallie M. Blanton as witnesses to this will, she first signing the same in our presence, and we then signing as witnesses in her presence and in the presence of each other . This 14th day of May 1934 Marie N.
