Will Book C Written: November 25, 1931 Recorded: June 1, 1933 Will of Inez Hill Drewry Georgia, Spalding County. I, Mrs. Inez Hill Drewry of said county, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this my last will and testament, herby revoking any and all others that I have heretofore made. Item 1. It is my will and desire that all my just debts be paid as soon as practicable after my death. Item 2. I will, bequeath, and devise to Dr. T. Ellis Drewry, my husband, my home place No. 115 South 10th Street, Griffin, Spalding County, Georgia, during his life, at his death the said home place is to be sold and equally divided between my two children Ann Hill Drewry and Henry Harris Drewr. Also the Drewry Mill located in Pike County, Georgia. Some of the land located in Spalding County. This Mill and land located in Pike and Spalding counties I will to my husband in fee simple. Item 3. To Ann Hill my daughter, house and lot No. 116 South 11th Street located in Griffin, Spalding County, Georgia. Also the house and buildings and lot located on corner of N. 15th St. and R.R. Street, in Griffin, Spalding County Georgia. AAlso my building Loan Stock of Griffin Georgia. To her in fee simple. Item 4. To Henry Harris, my son house and lot No. 114 South 11th St. Griffin, Spalding County Georgia. Also my Southern Bell Telephone Stock. Also Bank Stock in Griffin Banking Company. Also Inter State Stock. In fee simple. Item 5. To my daughter Ann Hill, my jewelry and silverware, I request her to divide with her brother Harris as they see fit. Item 6. I hereby make my daughter Ann Hill, and my son Henry Harris, executors of this my will, and I relieve them from making any inventory of my property or appraisements or from giving any bond, and they are required only by this will to probate the will, and they are further relieved from making any returns of their acts and doings to any court whatever. This 25th day of November, 1931.
