Will Bbok B. Page 173 Written: February 11, 1896 Will of Nancy Jane Ogletree State of Georgia County of Spalding February 11th 1896 I Nancy Jane Ogletree, Wife of H.P. Ogletree being of sound mind and disposing memory do make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament that should I die before my husband H.P. Ogletree I will my city property in west Griffin to my husband H.P. Ogletree and his heirs to have and hold as follows Lots No. 5&6 in west Griffin Spalding Co. Ga. bounded as follows :on east by J.P. Nichols and Moore property on North by an alley on west by a street sixty five feet wide, on South by Broadway St. Containing one and four fifths acres more or less. To have and to hold hold said premises together with all the appurtenances thereto belonging to him the said H.P. Ogletree , his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple .
