Will Book B Page 55 Written: March 25, 1887 Will of Lovic P. Ogletree State of Georgia Spalding County March 25th 1887 In the name of Lord amend. I Lovic P. Ogletree being of disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last will & testament. Item 1st I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Mary E. Ogletree ($200.00) two hundred dollars in money and all the property she brought here at our marriage. Item 2nd I desire and request that all my just debts be paid after that remainder of my estate to equally divided between my children after my death. Item 3rd I do hereby revoke all previous wills made by me . Item 4th I do hereby appoint my son Benjamin A. Ogletree as executor of this my estate & testament Item 5th I desire & request that my friends Benjamin P. Gray, John E. Bishop and William J. Elder sign this my last will & testament as witness.
