Miss Kesler had been in ill health for one year and her death was attributed to a heart attack. The daughter of the late George & Frances Miller Kesler, she was born June 19, 1887 in Banks County, Georgia and had lived most of her life in the Prospect and Sunshine communities. She was a member of Prospect Methodist Church and leaves a great host of relatives and friends to mourn her passing. She is survived by 2 sisters, Miss Genie Kesler of Homer and Mrs. Noel Cash of Toccoa; two brothers, Jack Kesler of Baxley and Lawrence Kesler of Toccoa and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Sunday, November 8 at 2:00 pm from the Prospect Methodist Church with the Rev. Ryan Seawright and John Ellis officiating. Song selections are "Rock of Ages" and "What a Friend". Nephews will be pallbearers. Interment in the churchyard.
