Miss Kesler had been in ill health for some time and seriously ill for 2 weeks. The daughter of the late George & Frances Miller Kesler, she was born February 22, 1883 in Banks County, Georgia. Miss Kesler had lived all of her life in the New Hope and Prospect communities. She was a member of Prospect Methodist Church and prior to her retirement she was affiliated with the Commerce Manufacturing Company. Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Noel Cash of Toccoa; one brother, Lawrence Kesler of Toccoa and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 3:00 pm from the Prospect Methodist Church with the Revs. John Glover and Dennis Kesler, Jr. officiating. The following gentlemen will be pallbearers and will assemble at the funeral home at 2:30 PM: Edward Kesler, Alvin Kesler, Maurice Cash, Vernon Cash, Ted Hardman and Carroll Kesler.
