Born in Franklin County, Georgia, she was a daughter of the late Henley Haden & Ida Ayers Gulley. She was a member of Prospect Methodist church and a former employee of Coats & Clark. Survivors are daughter, Mrs. Ted (Ovalene) Hardman; sons, Edward, Alvin, Carroll and Dwayne, all of Toccoa; sisters, Mrs. Lucy Kimbrell of Mt. Airy, Mrs. Norena Erwin of Cornelia; brothers, Lonnie Gulley of Toccoa, Bill and Herschel Gulley of Cornelia; seven grandchildren, Ronnie Hardman, Debra Kesler, Donna Kesler, Karen Kesler, Mark Kesler, Anthony Kesler and Missy Kesler and one great-grandchild, Stephanie Hardman. Services at 3:00 pm Friday at Prospect Methodist Church with the Revs. Gary Whetsone, Dennis Kesler and Hollis McFarlin. Burial in the church cemetery. The body is at Acree-Davis Funeral Home. The family is at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ted Hardman, Mize Community, Toccoa.
