Green 1. Benjamin1 CLEVELAND Esq., son of John CLEVELAND and Comfort GILBERT, was born in Franklin County, Georgia 12 February 1792. Benjamin died 26 January 1879 in Stewart County, Georgia, at 86 years of age. He married Amelia Massilva HOOPER in Franklin, Georgia, 3 March 1816. Amelia was born in Greenville, South Carolina 2 April 1798. Amelia was the daughter of Richard Brooks HOOPER and Elizabeth Adams Ward ne้ LITTLE. Amelia died 9 November 1870 in Stewart County, Georgia, at 72 years of age. Amanda B..2 CLEVELAND was born in Franklin County, Georgia 1817. Amanda died 1868 in Mobile, Alabama, at 51 years of age. She married George GARDNER in Franklin County, Georgia, 26 December 1833. George was born circa 1812. (Additional notes for George GARDNER ) 3 ii. James Monroe CLEVELAND was born in Franklin County, Georgia 2 May 1819. James died 8 May 1905 in Hannahatchee, Stewart County Georgia, at 86 years of age. He married Catherine WRIGHT in probably, South Carolina, 25 December 1839. Catherine was born in probably, South Carolina 10 December 1822. Catherine was the daughter of Thomas WRIGHT and Martha CLEVELAND. Catherine died 21 August 1907 in Hannahatchee, Stewart County Georgia, at 84 years of age. He served in the military during war time 1860 in North Carolina. 4 iii. William CLEVELAND was born in Franklin County, Georgia 1821. William died 1821 in Franklin County, Georgia, at less than one year of age. 5 iv. Richard Hooper CLEVELAND was born in Franklin County, Georgia 28 June 1823. Richard died in Clairborne Parish, Louisiana. He married Sarah Ann FROST in LaGrange, Troup County, Georgia, 1 January 1846. Sarah was born in Athens, Georgia 1 July 1826. Sarah was the daughter of Johnson FROST and Rebecca HOGUE. Sarah died 5 July 1884 in Homer, LA, at 58 years of age. 6 v. Martha E. CLEVELAND was born in Franklin County, Georgia 1825. Martha died 1875 at 50 years of age. She married Churchill ALLEN in Troupe County, Georgia, 26 December 1847. Churchill was born circa 1820. 7 vi. Louisa CLEVELAND was born in Franklin County, Georgia circa 1827. She married Nathaniel Jackson WILLIAMS circa 1851. Nathaniel was born in Covington, Newton County, Georgia 8 January 1816. (Additional notes for Nathaniel Jackson WILLIAMS ) Nathaniel died after 1885 in Hannahatchee, Stewart County Georgia. He served in the military during war time 1836 in Georgia. 8 vii. Oliver Cromwell CLEVELAND was born in Franklin County, Georgia circa 1829. Oliver died after 1884 in Terrell County, Georgia. He married Martha ARMOR circa 1854. Martha was born circa 1834. He served in the military during war time 1860 in Georgia. He served in the military during war time circa 1860 in Georgia. 9 viii. Benjamin Franklin CLEVELAND was born in Franklin County, Georgia 1831. Benjamin died circa 1863 in near Richmond, Virginia. He married Sarah SMITH in LaGrange, Troup County, Georgia, 1856. Sarah was born in LaGrange, Troup County, Georgia circa 1836. He served in the military during war time 1860 in Georgia. 10 ix. John Ward CLEVELAND was born in Franklin County, Georgia 1833. John died 1857 in Mountain Meadows, Massacre, Utah, at 24 years of age. He served in the military during war time 11856 in Georgia. 11 x. Harriet Amelia CLEVELAND was born in Franklin County, Georgia 27 April 1837. Harriet died 1878 in Hannahatchee, Stewart County Georgia, at 41 years of age. She married Thomas C. JOHNSON in Stewart County, Georgia, 3 March 1853. Thomas was born in Lincoln County, Georgia 16 June 1828. Thomas was the son of Samuel JOHNSON Jr and Margaret BURKS.
