Stewart County.
This indenture made and entered into this the twenty 
seventh day of November in the year of our Lord one 
thousand eight hundred & thirty five by and between 
Edward H. Coe of the one part and Stephen Parker of the 
other part--both of the County and State aforesaid 
Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of 
two hundred & twenty five dollars to him the said Edward 
H. Coe in hand paid at and before the ___ & delivery of 
these presents hath granted bargained and sold and by 
these presents doth grant bargain Sell unto the said 
Stephen Parker his heirs and assigns all that lot tract 
or parcel of land lying in the twenty fourth District of 
formerly Lee now Stewart County known by No twenty nine 
in the Twenty fourth district of the county aforesaid and 
containing two hundred two & a half acres more or less 
with all and singular the rites ___ and appertenances 
those into brlonging and said Coe ___ and assigns will 
warrant forever defend the rite and title thereof against 
himselves and against the claims of all other persons in 
fee simple or in any manner whatsoever then into 
belonging.


In witness ____ where into the said Edward H. Coe hath 
here unto set his hand and offers his seal the day & year 
above written..
