This indenture made & entered into this 24 day of Jun in 
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & thirty 
five between Jerniger Gachet ___ & Isaac Coe Senr. all of 
the County & State aforesaid. Witnesseth the said Isaac 
Coe for and in consideration of the sum of Five hundred 
dollars to him in hand paid at & before the ___ & 
delivery of these pursiuts the receipt _____ of is hereby 
acknowleged hath bargained granted & sold to said 
Jerniger Gachet & ____ the lot of land whereon I now live 
known by lot No 131 one hundred thirty one in the (20) 
Twentieth district of originally Lee now Stewart County 
containing two hundred Two & one half acres more or less 
to ___ with everything there unto belonging also my house 
hold & Kitching furniture my four ____ of hosses of the 
following discription a sage sorrel mare black Stud Pony 
a bay mare Poney & colt my yoke oxen &___ cow & calf ___ 
___ Sow & nine Shoats the right to said property together 
with the said Isaac Coe’s interest in the present crop 
now growing on said farm In the said do warrent & will 
forever defend to said Jernigan Gachet __ their heirs 
executors admins & ___ against the claim of my self my 
heirs executors admins & assigns for ever & against the 
claims of all those persons what ____.

In testimony whereof I have here unto set my hand & seal 
the day & year above written..

as a witness as ___ ___ within & that he saw Isaac Coe 
Junr assign his name by making his mark as a ___ witness
