Mrs. C.C. Brooks died at the home of her husband on Saturday evening last from 
the effects of a paralytic stroke.  She was stricken with paralysis about three 
months ago, her entire left side being involved; the second attack occurring 
last week involved the right side and soon terminated fatally.
