     Mrs. Green Smith Dies Suddenly At The Home Of Son Near Brooklyn
  Mrs. Green Smith, a well known lady of the Brooklyn community, died suddenly 
at the home of her son, Mr. Gordon Smith Sunday evening.   She had just 
returned home after a visit with relatives near Weston and had prepared to 
retire for the night when suddenly strickened with heart failure and died 
before medical aid could be summoned.
  Mrs. Smith had been a resident of the Brooklyn community practically all of 
her life and was loved and esteemed by a wide circle of friends made during her 
long and useful life.
  She was the widow of the late Mr. Green Smith and survived by several 
children.
  Funeral services were conducted by Elder R. H. Jennings of Dawson, Monday 
afternoon and enterment made at the Red Hill Cemetery.

Additional Comments:
Elizabeth Alice Stephens Smith was daughter of Jasper B. and Elizabeth Jane 
Stephens.  Borm February 9, 1859 and died December 9, 1928.
