Marion Co }       This Indenture made the 25th day of October in the year  of 
our Lord Eighteen Hundred and Thirty Two between NATHAN GRIMES of the 
one part of the County & State of aforesaid & JOHN BAILEY of the County 
of  Houston & State before mentioned of the other part witnesseth that the said 
NATHAN GRIMES for & in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred and 
Fifty Dollars to me in hand paid in receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged 
Hath granted bargained and does by these present do grant bargain and sell 
unto the said JOHN BAILEY his heirs & assigns All that tract or parcel of 
land lying & being in the Twenty Third Dist. Of formaly Lee now Stewart 
County Containing in the whole Two Hundred & a half acres more or less 
known by N’, 53, fifty three in said district which land the said GRIMES 
doth warrant & forever defend the right and title thereof unto     BAILEY 
his heirs & assigns from and against the Claim or Claims of all and every 
other person what ever in witness where of I have here unto set my hand and 
Seal the day & date above written.
